The drawings on each card are the interpretations of the meaning of each card. Take note as well that the cards are divided into sets or decks, so you must be aware of this as well. Make sure that each drawing is clear so that you can easily read its meaning. You can draw anything that you want, and you can use any style that you want. After all, this is your set of tarot cards. Do this for the 78 cards. It may take you some time to draw manually. As an alternative, you can also search the web for some pictures or images, and then print it on pieces of papers. Cut them according to the size of the cards and then paste them to each card. That way, you do not have to draw manually as it would take you a day to finish the card if you are drawing manually.

After putting images on the cards, you may laminate each card so that it will last longer. They are free from dirt. To protect the card from fading easily, laminating will help. This will also help you to shuffle the cards easily.
